You see I want to fill in any subject and any X-Debbugs-CC's in the
editor.
Indeed, I'd be happy to fill in everything asked instead in the editor.
I feel dorky having to give it "Subject: a" to proceed.
One could alias reportbug=reportbug --subject="FIXME IN THE EDITOR"
etc. but dorky.

I agree: who's using reportbug should be able to summarize the problem
in few words, and can correct the title in the editor, if he finds a
better subject while writing the mail body. Hence closing.
