Package: toolame
Version: 02h-3
Severity: normal
hello,
trying to encode a sample raw pcm 44100, stereo, I used a cmd line like:
toolame -s 22.05 -b 96 radio3.pcm radio3.mp3
but after a while got SIGSEGV:
No header found. Assuming Raw PCM sound file

Input File : 'radio3.pcm' 22.1 kHz
Output File: 'radio3.mp3'
96 kbps MPEG-2 LSF Layer II j-stereo Psy model 1

Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.

#4 0x400600bf in __libc_start_main () from /lib/libc.so.6
happens also with -s 16.
I tried this 'trick' 'cause of what seems to me a(nother) bug, ie I wanted
a 48 or 96 kbps output mp3, but with
toolame -b 48 radio3.pcm radio3.mp3
got a 4 x pitch audio instead of (expected) downsample (at least that's
what I'd guess it should happen).
