Greetings!

I've had this problem for some months now, even in
between updates to popularity-contest where I thought
it would be updated considering the graveness and/or
purpose of the package.

Maybe nobody bothered to tell you, so I thought
I might. My sincerest apologies, if this is a known
minor problem, or by some chance misplaced to report
this way.

Consistently I get this email
in response (not including the "===="):

OK. popularity-content in ubuntu is using HTTP, so I guess it work ok
if you do not have aly problems participating.

I'm closing this bug as I believe it is solved.
