Package: jabber-msn
Version: 1.2.1-1.3cvs4-1
Severity: normal
This seems to be happening since the upgrade to 1.2.1-1.3cvs4-1.
Reproduction:
Change your Preferred Name (via registration) to something containing spaces,
dots, or
anything else that would normally be html encoded in a url.
Your name changes _correctly_.
Now change your online status to away, or N/A.
Suddenly you Preferred Name is HTML encoded. Spaces have become %20's
etc.
If you logoff and log back on then the encoding is removed, and it never
happens again. (until you next change your name)
