In the code of those scripts you use CONF_D variable and is defined nowhere=
=2E=20
As a result the file where you can define extra args to send_arp (arp_confi=
g)=20
is looked for in /arp_config.
This is the code where both scripts try to read $CONF_D/arp_config:

where CONF_D is defined, as in that script everything is OK.
