As an ISO10646-1 font, bitstream vera fonts should include a glyph for U+0175.
It is used in gaelic,
it's probably not terribly important, but Debian's *default* should include it.
All other 10646-1
fonts I happen to have installed, include the glyph.

the bugs that were still opened against it.
