Package: ed
Version: 0.2-16
Ed behaves differently when ran from console and with stdin redirected
from file. Manpage documents this, however does not provide any way to
disable this behaviour.
/usr/doc/ed does not contain any contact to upstream developers. [I
see this bugs should be rather mailed to them, but there's no contact
in /usr/doc]
When doing e !ls, temporary file is open insecurely, that is without
O_EXCL. Name seems to be random enough for symlink attack to be
infeasible.

The reported behaviour is documented in the manual. So it is a feature,
not a bug.
The temporary file bug was solved in ed 0.3.
