's' command provided in obex_test prompt allows to listen in server mode
for incoming connections. It utilizes timeout functionality in select
system call. After timeout period exceeds obex_test provides input
prompt again. Subsequent 's' command doesn't succeed because socket is
not closed after timeout.

I'm not certainly sure whether application or library is responsible to
close the socket but suspect the library does. Hence, the bugreport is
against library.
