Per Policy 3.6 and 7.5, could you please change that to
Depends: dictd | dict-server
to allow installation alongside alternative dictionary servers? (To
be sure, there hadn't been any for a while, but dicod has recently
entered the archive, and I for one would like to try it out. IIRC,
another historical alternative was serpento.)
