I don't know exactly what you want here, but reportbug queries the
source package from where the specified binary package is build:

$ reportbug kdm
...
Querying Debian BTS for reports on kdebase-workspace (source)...
143 bug reports found:
...

If you want to query the binary pacakge BTS bugs, you can use this switches:

$ reportbug --help | grep bina
  --query-source        query on source packages, not binary packages
  --no-query-source     query on binary packages only

$ reportbug kdm --no-query-source
...
Querying Debian BTS for reports on kdm...
67 bug reports found:
...
