There is an extra space here.
Then this directory is generated:
/usr/share/doc/HTML/games/arcade\ /
which confuses /etc/cron.weekly/dhelp:
permission denied or non-existent: /usr/share/doc/HTML/games/arcade /index.html
dhelp should probably be made more resistant to this kind of "bug", but in the
meantime, it would be easy to fix armagetron.
