When any window is maximized, the border of the window does not show! My
temporary fix is to not have the windows maximized and to stretch them
diagonally which is somewhat annoying.

sorry, but I'm closing this bug, as this is a user/configuration error and
lacking any usefuzl information, like eg. which window manager you are using.
