Version: 0.3-1

By executing dh-make-drupal, to package captcha module for drupal,
upstream version is managed with some problems.
Release candidate of captcha module, upstream version 1.0-rc2, is
packaged as 1.0-rc2-1, instead of 1.0~rc2-1.
Final upstream release of this module for drupal will be 1.0-1 but is
lower than 1.0-rc2-1
The execution of dpkg --compare-versions 1.0-1 gt 1.0-rc2-1 && echo
"Greater" || echo "Lower" says Lower of course.
dh-make-drupal should detect alpha, beta and release candidate releases
in upstream version.
