Package: pm-utils
Version: 1.2.4-2
Severity: wishlist

pm-utils has a mechanism to have scripts executed prior and
after suspen/hibernate. acpi-suspend has a similar logic to handle
acpi-triggered suspend/hibernate.

IMHO it would be nice if both of them used the same scripts,
to have only one place where these have to be maintained.

(of course this wish could also be filed for acpi-support,
feel free to move it there if appropriate)

That's already happening. acpi-support will use pm-utils as backend when
available, and duplicate functionality is removed from acpi-support.
I don't use acpi-support myself, but if there is still overlap between
acpi-support-base and pm-utils, feel free to report this as a bug agains
acpi-support.

From the pm-utils pov I'm marking this bug as fixed.
