If w3m-bookmark-file doesn't exists, press a (which is bind to
w3m-bookmark-add-current-url) gives a error:
if: Wrong type argument: stringp, nil
and doesn't add the url to bookmark.
It's probable that new w3m users may not have that bookmark file.
w3m-el-snapshot should create that file if it doesn't exists or give a
user-friendly warning like "bookmark file [~/.w3m/bookmark.html] doesn't
exists. create?"
