Alt+x was original accelerator for 'change codepage' menu in the first version
of recode.patch.

Hello,
Upstream has integrated utf8 support and ctrl-t is restored there as
accelarator for "change codepage" so this bug is indeed closed upstream
with the 4.7.0-pre1-1 upload.
