is incorrect use of hints since they are used for categorization and not
for describing the program. Since DevHelp is already in
Apps/Programming, then I suggest that you set hints to "Documentation".

This was marked as fixed in NMU because of a mistake in the generation
of the .changes file. It was a normal maintainer upload and, therefore,
