Actual behaviour:
After upgrading wordpress using apt-get, my only blog installed doesn't
work anymore in browser.
It shows "Not Found. Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn't
here." and a search field. In the right column there is the error
message "[Unknown column 'link_count' in 'where clause'] SELECT * FROM
wp_categories WHERE cat_ID > 0 AND link_count > 0 ORDER BY cat_name
ASC".
Workarounds:
(1) Downgrade to wordpress_2.0.9-1_all.deb
(2) Run http://hostname/wp-admin/upgrade.php
Expected behaviour:
The installation should either inform me that I have to run upgrade.php
manually or invoke the upgrade process automatically if possible.
I'm using Debian testing with apache 2.2.3-4 and a local mysql-server
5.0.38-1.

In the latest version in sid this issue is not reproducible, wordpress inform
user that he has to run upgrade.php.
Therefore I'm closing this bug.
