Package: enlightenment
Version: 0.16.2-1
Hello, ...
I have a box that is running continously here at university. I am running
debian on it and also enlightenment.
i never log out of it, and last week i tried login in the box from a X
terminal, since i was in another building, and enlightenment refused to be
launched, saying that enlightenment was already running for the same user.
The solution to this would be to save the enlightenment locks and other stuff
in a user/IP/display setting, instead of just in the user home directory. or
maybe like it is now for localhost:0.0, but in .enlightenment/IP/display for
any other connection.
I am aware that this is an upstream matter, at least i think so, so could you
please forward this bug report to them, or tell me how to do it. Would be nice
if this is solved before potato release.
Friendly,
Sven LUTHER

You filled the bug http://bugs.debian.org/53199 in Debian BTS
against the package enlightenment. I'm closing it at *unstable*, but it will
remain open for older distributions.
For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/492508. That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed and suggestions of possible replacements.
Don't hesitate to reply to this mail if you have any question.
Thank you for your contribution to Debian.
