This appears to be a translation for the gODBCConfig utility, which we don't
ship in the Debian packages (because it's not maintained and is not a good
interface).  So I'm not going to carry a diff related to this tool in the
Debian package; if you want this interface translated, please submit your
translation upstream.

Also, if this .pot file somehow showed up in a Debian report of packages in
need of translation, please tell me where that was, so I can file a bug...
