When I type "info patch", info doesn't find the Texinfo node:

So, info leads to the manual page.

The problem is, I don't know how to correct it.

The problem seems to appear for diff3 as well.

Now that 1.15.4 has been uploaded and that dpkg's install-info is really
gone, I close this bug. We're officially using GNU's install-info.
