Package: fglrx-driver
Version: 1:9-2-2
Severity: normal

Since installing the fglrx driver from the Debian/Squeeze repository, dpms power off has stopped working. I can do an "xset dpms force off", for example, and the screen will go blank but the monitor never goes into a power-saving mode.

I was going to try the sid version but it breaks too many other packages on my system.
