debian.ynet.sk sync from ftp.sk.debian.org for a while now.
I will close the bug in the current state.
However the push setup is explained at
http://www.debian.org/mirror/push_mirroring
It's quite easy and worth the little efforts (unless Marek you prefer
consumming badnwdith only during the night for example).
Please tell us when push is setup.
