It has been reported on Ubuntu's BTS that the gliv package includes
no .desktop file and XPM icon - see
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gliv/+bug/199201.
I fixed this there, but it would be great if you could incorporate the
changes into Debian, too.
I'm attaching the .desktop file that I used. I also added a 32x32 XPM
icon to the package in Ubuntu.
