This is not a proper pseudo-header. Which program are you using to send
bug reports?
Besides sending an improper pseudo-header, it probably caused you to
send it twice.
Please use "reportbug" in the future to avoid such problems, if

This seems to be bug 548898[0], which means it was caused by an upgrade
in gvfs not being properly handled. You can see the discussion in the
other (many) buglogs which originated from this small problem to
understand exactly what happened
Bottom line is: it's not a bug in Transmission. It's just a matter of
restarting gvfs (or logging out and back in again) to make the problem
go away. In the future the gvfs maintainers will probably find a
solution to avoid this happening again.
