There seems to be some darcsweb breakage. eg

thanks to help from Roland Mas alioth is now running the current
darcsweb 1.1-1 package on alioth instead of some old custom installed
version.

therefore this known and (in 1.1) fixed bug should no longer appear on
darcs.debian.org!
