I use a dvorak keyboard layout, with the following lines in my
xorg.conf:
Option "XkbLayout" "us"
Option "XkbVariant" "dvorak"
In Xfce4 Settings Manager -> Keyboard -> Shortcuts, I've set
Shift+Control+Alt+t to launch a terminal (/usr/bin/xfce4-terminal). On
the most recent upgrade I noticed it stopped working, but it will work
if I hit the normal "t" key on the keyboard, rather than the "k" key I
usually hit to type a "t".
As soon as I open the keyboard settings dialog the expected,
dvorak-layout key works again.
