Severity: normal
Straw 0.22.1 does not display non-ASCII characters properly. I used
Planet Debian feed (//planet.debian.net/rss20.xml) that contains UTF-8
data (which is default for XML unless overridden). Straw interprets the
data as ISO-8859-1 or something -- é becomes é etc. (My locale is
UTF-8, but I do not think that should matter for Gtk2 apps.)
This could be related to #184060, but the symptoms are different
(invalid characters are shown instead of no characters at all).
