Package: powershell
Version: 0.9-4
I have powershell configured so that I can open ssh session directly to
other machines. This used to work fine (I may have had powershell installed
as an external .deb before, I forget) but after the upgrade to 0.9-4
when I connect to a Red Hat box, it complains it doesn't know 'xterm-debian'
and various things don't work anymore due to this identification (such as mutt).
ssh-ing in from gnome-terminal does not give this problem.
This is quite annoying as it's quite nice to ssh in with powershell. I
fiddled around a bit with Xresources to make powershell reidentify itself,
but couldn't fix the problem.
This is on Debian testing distribution with ximian gnome installed.
Kernel is 2.2.18pre21, libc6 version: 2.2.2-4

You filled the bug http://bugs.debian.org/94979 in Debian BTS
against the package powershell. I'm closing it at *unstable*, but it will
remain open for older distributions.
For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/549396. That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed and suggestions of possible replacements.
Don't hesitate to reply to this mail if you have any question.
Thank you for your contribution to Debian.
