The package "qt3-doc" is definitivly NOT needed if someone installs
qcad and it should be only a RECOMMENDS for the package qt3-assistant.
Please change the Depends to Recommends for qt3-doc.
My customer has only an Internet access of V.34 in Kurdistan (Turkey
est) and it is realy annoying and cosly for him, IF there is a
securtity update for "qt3" and he must download one hour a Package
which is not needed for the function of "qcad" of even "qt3-assistant".
This BUG is for Sarge, Etch and Sid even the initial installation was
under Sarge (The Etch installer does not work on his machine a P2/366).
I have the severity set to CRITICAL since such behaviour is a
(financial) damage for a Debian user and should not be.

Hi,
Current version of qt3-doc (3:3.3.8b-6) is just 5575kB. So, I think this
is no longer an issue, and I'm closing this bug now.
