I have 'stable' system with 'testing' repository in /etc/apt/sources.list.
Currently 'testing' release contains package diffutils marked as
'essential'. Apticron sends me the following email:

I keep thinking apticron is working properly by reporting exactly what a
dist-upgrade reports. I don't want to override dist-upgrade behavior. If you
don't agree, please report this directly to APT team.
