As many of you may be aware, mISDN got rewritten to the so called v2
version and got merged into upstream Linux.
chan_misdn stopped working in the process, hence there's no point in
including this in our Asterisk package. I've been told that chan_lcr is
the way to go for mISDN support, even though it may better to switch to
libpri, now that it officially supports BRIs.
Hence, I'm closing the bug. If I got something wrong, feel free to reopen.
