Both distmp3 (reported in bug 226700) and junit (reported in bug 219241)
have missing orig tarballs. Both have moved from contrib to main without
reuploading the orig tarball (in distmp3 0.1.9-2 and junit 3.8.1-4).
In both cases, the orig tarball is in fact in contrib, in the same place
it always was. It should have been copied when the .dsc was processed,
and the old copy should have been erased when it was not referenced
anymore.
For instance, junit source is at
/debian/pool/main/j/junit/junit_3.8.1-5.dsc
/debian/pool/main/j/junit/junit_3.8.1-5.diff.gz
/debian/pool/contrib/j/junit/junit_3.8.1.orig.tar.gz
