Somehow I managed to loose the equalizer window. Looking at the config
file it seems that it is off screen:

playlist_height=232

Window manager is fvwm, providing 8*3 virtual desktops. Screen size is
1920x1200, i.e. -4800 is off screen even when looking at the virtual
screen.
