Hi,
The URL you provided:

resolves into a "not found" page nowadays.
I checked with the current URL scheme:
https://bugs.freeradius.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=551
but that says "Invalid Bug ID".
Searching that bugzilla for "postgresql nas table" doesn't help either.
Please reopen the bug if you can actually provide some content to it :)
