There is a packaging error for amd64 builds
in debian/control
libatlas3gf-amd64sse3-dev and libatlas-corei7sse3-dev erroneously depend on
libatlas-core2sse3.
should be libatlas3gf-amd64sse3 and libatlas-corei7sse3 respectively
editing control fixes issue
Also in debian/rules we have
