Well, that's on purpose, so that people are aware of what files get
patches on source format 1.0. On 3.0 (quilt) for example the patches
applied get listed as well.
If you get annoyed by the output, you can always use quiet mode (-q),
for example as in:
$ apt-get -o Dir::Bin::dpkg-source="dpkg-source -q" source wxwidgets2.6
Thus closing the bug report.
