I'm having problems with sites such as the GStreamer documentation
(http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/data/doc/gstreamer/stable/gstreamer/html/)
that use CSS elements with a fixed position.

When scrolling upwards on that page, the pink header leaves duplicates
all over the page. Upon closer inspection, this seems to be the same
issue as described in the closed and archived bug #400493. The test
HTML there produces the described problems for me.

Using MOZ_DISABLE_PANGO=1 or safe mode made no difference with the
issue.
