Please try "Lectern", and explore the user interface! "djview" needs
this! What I like about it is that I can just type a page number, and
it jumps to that page. You can set which actual page is logically
page 1, and you can teach it the location of the table of contents and
index. Type "i" for the index, and "c" for the contents. Another
nice feature, which was adopted by the "gv" postscript viewer, is the
"eye guide" that shows when you page forward part of a page. It helps
you know where to move your eyes after you scroll forward part of a
page.
