Package: bugs.debian.org
Severity: normal
Background: The binNMU 0.7.1-1+b1 has fixed #561303
(http://bugs.debian.org/561303).
But I can't state this via an e-mail to [email protected],
because it gets marked as fixed in 0.7.1-1 instead of 0.7.1-1+b1:

binary version 0.7.1-1+b1 is built from source version 0.7.1-1. The
BTS tracks bugs using source versions, not binary versions.
