Package: elmo
Version: 1.0.3-1
Severity: important
Tags: l10n

Running in an UTF-8 locale, elmo doesn't render mail in differing
encodings properly to screen. It just prints the bytes of what arrived
in Latin-1, and that doesn't result in readable output.
