1) Rationale
In /usr/share/xml/docbook/stylesheet/nwalsh/common/de.xml there is an
incorrect translation for "Synopsis". I attached de.xml with the
correct translation. For a rationale cf.

2) Bug reporting
as explained in /usr/share/xml/docbook/stylesheet/nwalsh/common/de.xml
I sent the update file with the correction to
[email protected]. However, a while later I
received an automatic mail with the following statement:
Posting to this list is restricted to subscribers only. To reach the
list administrators, subscribe to the
[email protected] and post a message there.
It made no reference how to report the bug instead (only how to reach
the list administrators). Given the reference to another entity, I am
confused if the bug should be reported to the bug tracker mentioned in
your README.Debian.gz.
Could you please forward the bug to the right tracker/address? Thanks!

The problem was uncovered in http://bugs.debian.org/562722 (though at
the moment it is not related, as the file mentioned in this bug report
is not used currently - it might, once I find out how to do it
properly).
