nfdump is invoking invoke-rc.d nfdump start in postinst, however
/etc/default/nfdump contains nfcapd_start=no and the installation
subsequently fails.
Please do not try to start nfdump during installation process.

I changed the default to yes. So this can not happen again. This is
fixed in nfdump-1.6-1.
