Hi Jonathan,
thanks for your bug report and sorry for the late reply.
Unfortunately that string is not generated by a source code file, it is a macro
entry added from doc/Muttrc and, same as any macro entry you add from your
.muttrc, we cannot provide an internationalized translation for that :(
I'm sorry that I cannot help but I have to resolve this bug as wontfix.
