The failing file no longer exists (po4a for the win, also here) and
with the drop of now unused documentation buildsystems
docbook-utils (and therefore docbook) is also no longer needed
(not on my system and the buildd also seems to build the packages
without it - at least sometimes ;) )
So, whatever has caused it, it is now gone and i am therefore
closing the bug now, but feel free to reopen it if it reappears.
