When text is automatically quoted on reply, it can end up word-wrapped. This
makes a mess when using a customised quote indicator phrase.
For example, if the quote-indicator phrase is %f>%_ then the resulting quoted
text might be as follows:
FD> The text and a phonetic version of the text would be sent to both your
FD> pigeonholes and a CD will full instructions and pronunciation will be
sent FD> to one of you for you both to share. These will all be available
at least a FD> week prior to your reading.
It would be best if the quoted text could be re-wrapped so that the
quote-indicator phrase appears at the start of each line. I have Smart
Quoting enabled, but it can't seem to cope when the quote indicator is more
than two characters long.
