Hi,
hyperlatex depends on gs which now only exist as a virtual package, and
is expected to be dropped completely at some point.
Please change to depend on ghostscript - or on ghostscript-x if X11
support is needed.
...while you are at it, you should probably also change to depend on
some texlive package instead of tetex-bin.
