Thanks for maintaining this very useful library!
When used under mod_perl, the parse_file function fails with the error
"Couldn't create file parser context for file <filename>".
The error appears randomly, but very often, when reloading a page.
There is a thread talking about this problem at
http://aspn.activestate.com/ASPN/Mail/Message/perl-xml/1997443 and they
include both the reason and a patch.
This bug is of severity normal, but it can severely break mod_perl
websites which use xml: if our server was upgraded to sarge now, I fear
it would totally stop working, causing lots of cursing to happen.
I leave to you the decision whether the severity should be raised to
something release-critical.
