If you wait 1-2 days the apt-get upgrade should force you to superceed your
mysql-server (4.0.x) with mysql-server-4.1 or mysql-server-5.0.
This solves the problem. The 4.0.x branch of MySQL which does not understand
this option is obsolete now.
