Severity: important

*** Please type your report below this line ***
After about 40 days' uptime, the apcupsd process enters "D" state as
reported by ps. To try to fix it, I unplugged and reconnected the UPS,
which caused [khubd] to also enter "D" state:

root 52 0.0 0.0 0 0 ? D< 2007 0:00 [khubd]
root 2818 0.0 0.0 4276 588 ? Ds Jan21 0:00 /sbin/apcupsd

Nothing, save a reboot, will pick them back up or kill them off.
